Well, that's that.

So....I don't have a job anymore.
Apparently my job at the studio was only seasonal.
At first, I really hated that job.
Then I grew to love it.
now it's gone.
Well, that's that.

It's Party Time!

Here's a summary of my birthday bash!

When I woke up on my birthday I found these roses and candy cane kisses from....Kaytee! and the plant to the left is called a "palm plant," and Gerald sent it to me! What a goofy boyfriend ;)

That night some of us headed to Sonora Grill to enjoy some good mexican food, and for me to have my first alcoholic drink.

I drank a Mojito, and a couple sips of Pete and Jeremy's beer.

Whitney and I did a shot...it was ok.

We forgot birthday candles for my cake, so I used the candle that was in the center piece from the restaurant...we are innovators!

Overall, it was a GREAT birthday!

Behold!

...The ultimate Hershey's Kiss...

No people, I am not tricking you. I did not unwrap this kiss, stick THREE pieces of paper in, and then wrap it back up again. This is real.
This is so real that I had to blog about it.
At first I really thought to myself, "did I just win a contest? Am I a winner of the strangest Hershey Kiss contest ever?"
Nevertheless, i'm blogging about.
Pathetic? I don't know, you tell me. ok, don't tell me that i'm pathetic. keep that to yourself.

Introducing....

...this guy!

Everyone, meet Gerald. (Hi Gerald)
For those of you who don't know, Gerald is my boyfriend (dun, dun, dun).
Some of you might have seen him at OVCC in October when he came to church.

We went to high school together so we've known each other for about 5 years, but it wasn't until this summer that things started leaning towards "more than friends" (ooh la la).
Gerald is an army medic stationed in N.C. so this Thanksgiving I visited him, and we had a lovely time.
Yeah, long distance sucks, but it's totally worth it. I mean come on, look at this guy!

He'll be back in Utah for Christmas and I can't wait!

That is all (for now :) ).
